OUR STORY
THE BEGINNING
Berliner Bags started with a simple problem and a big idea.
While still a student, our founder, Kees, was looking for a leather bag that was functional, durable, and stylish without the high price tag. He needed something that could keep up with everyday life without compromising on quality or design, so when he could not find it, he decided to create it.
Inspired by the creative energy of Berlin, a city defined by contrasts, culture, and constant reinvention, he designed the first Berliner Bags leather bag. What began as a personal challenge soon evolved into something more: a mission to create the best Berlin-designed, high-quality yet affordable leather bags, rooted in the philosophy of slow fashion.
